Offering ongoing and consistent training and development opportunities for all staff, we customize training including coaching and mentoring
EMPLOYEE
ENGAGEMENT
Creating mechanisms for employee engagement such as Employer Resource Groups, stay interviews, surveys, coaching and mentoring.
WORKFORCE
ANALYSIS
Ongoing review of HR data looking at hiring, retention, turnover and corrective action.
