HER STORY
Victoria Collins-Hughes, founder and principal consultant at VC Hughes Consulting, provides strategic direction and daily oversight for the consulting team. She has a 25+ year track record of success and is respected as a thought leader, with solid experience creating and implementing business strategies and improving efficiencies. An experienced team leader and project manager, she has demonstrated a commitment to create equitable and inclusive work environments that balance accountability with compassion, in order to maximize business results..
She was most recently Chief People and Organizational Development Officer, supporting over 300 leaders and over 1500 employees in 10 states. She also previously served as project director and educational and training manager at multiple organizations. In these roles, she provided leadership for operation staff, oversight of project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, training, coaching and client relations. She has worked with area employers, educational institutions, training providers, vendors, boards and community partners.
Victoria received both her M.S.W. in administration and B.A. in sociology from the University of Michigan and is a certified Human Resources, Organizational Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professional.
